How do attorneys introduce themselves?

At the beginning of a hearing, lawyers must always indicate their name and who they represent. This must be done standing up and often judges expect a lawyer to speak from a rostrum and not from the lawyer's desk. How you present yourself depends on your purpose for attending the event.
